The Caring Connection can assist families with utility disconnect notices and deposits for electric, gas, and water. Assistance requires presentation of proof of need, proof of all household income, and proof of identity of all household members.
The Caring Connection is a not-for-profit organization that provides direct delivery of basic human services, as well as referral to, and coordination with, other programs and agencies. Our organization administers a human resource system that ensures effective, timely, impartial, and non-judgmental service to individuals who may not be receiving services from traditional or existing human service organizations.
